FREE SHIPPING ITEMS

For customers who choose our FREE SHIPPING (Without Tracking) option, please note that we will only provide Proof of Shipping. You will NOT be able to track your order after it has been shipped, and there is a risk that the product may not arrive at your doorstep.

If you still haven’t received your order after 60 days, we will escalate the case to our Tier 2 Support Team and refund your money — no questions asked.

If your order is over $75, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing STANDARD SHIPPING (With Tracking) so you can track your order at all times until it arrives.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from analogueup.com will be accepted. For items purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that we sent them. Items with stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic foiling will not be accepted.
If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products purchased through retailers

  • Incorrect products purchased by the customer

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. analogueup.com reserves the right to deny any return.


WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED?

If you received a faulty, incorrect, or damaged product — or if you are simply not satisfied — please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo or video of the defective item (if applicable)

  • Complete delivery address

  • Contact phone number

In some cases, a video or photo may be required as proof before we issue a refund or replacement.


HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your item.
We will email you once your return has been processed.

For defective products, a full refund will be issued.
For non-defective items, refunds exclude all shipping and handling fees.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 14 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card company — refunds may take additional time to post.


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.
Provide your order number and the modification requested, and we will confirm once it has been updated.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total price due to merchant processor charges — even if the cancellation occurs only seconds later.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
