Shipping & Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We want to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Please ensure you select the correct model and color when ordering, as we cannot modify your order once it has been placed in the system. Modifications or cancellations are not possible after this point.

Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after processing is complete.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information to monitor your shipment.

Shipping costs depend on the package weight and delivery location. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all international orders.


TRACKING

As the recipient, it is your responsibility to track your order and provide any necessary documentation to customs or the courier. If an order is returned to sender or delivery is unsuccessful due to missing documentation or failure to follow up, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for free. You may need to place the order again.


DELIVERY

Your local customs office may require additional documents or time to clear your package, which may delay delivery.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered via local postal service. If you are not home during delivery, a notice card may be left with instructions for pickup.


TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges is the recipient’s responsibility and will not be covered by analogueup.com. For more details, please contact your local customs office.


CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

You are responsible for checking local postal regulations for restricted items. We cannot be held liable if items are not accepted in your country.


FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged a different exchange rate than displayed on our website, as well as possible foreign transaction fees. These fees are set by your bank. analogueup.com is not responsible for exchange rates or fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

All store prices are shown in local currency, but transactions are processed in USD via PayPal or Stripe at checkout.


CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly, so changes are only possible before the order is processed by our warehouse.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.


DELIVERY TIMELINES

Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, or other restrictive factors. Logistics timing cannot be guaranteed.
